Best Point Education & Behavioral Health Welcomes New Chief Human Resource Officer, Nicole Barringer, JD, MBA, SPHR-GCP, CMP, CCEP, PROSCI

CINCINNATI – Best Point Education and Behavioral Health proudly announces the appointmen t of Nicole Barringer, JD, MBA, SPHR-GCP, CMP, CCEP, PROSCI, as its new Chief Human Resource Officer, effective January 22, 2024. Ms. Barringer brings progressive technical resources, prolific communications and robust organizational development, diversity, equity, and talent acquisition programs. Her arrival is perfectly timed with the rollout of Best Point Education & Behavioral Health’s new strategic plan, emphasizing our commitment to our people.

An executive and Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Ms. Barringer’s was most recently VP of Human Resources at Sage Sustainable Electronics. She was also CHRO and Interim CEO of the Volunteers of America. A proven superior project manager, she has a record of success including in Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Strategy, as well as planning, implementing, and supporting human resources objectives.

Ms. Barringer holds a JD in Employment Law from Capital University, an MBA in Organizational Development, and a BA in Business Administration from Franklin University, and multiple certifications.
