Who Can Participate?
- Adults 55 years and older
- Butler County residents only
- Individuals experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, or both
- Those who may have difficulty getting out, accessing services, or staying connected to their community

UPLIFT Memory Support
For older adults and families navigating memory concerns or dementia-related challenges, UPLIFT Memory Support offers guidance, education, and connections to resources designed to help individuals remain independent and supported in their community.
