Best Point Behavioral Health Holds Annual All-Staff Retreat,
Honoring our Legacy, Embracing our Future

CINCINNATI, OH (January 23, 2025) — Best Point Education & Behavioral Health held its annual all-staff summit on Friday, January 17, 2025 at the Hard Rock Casino. This highly anticipated event brings together the entire organization’s workforce of over 600 employees for a day filled with celebration, recognition, and informative organizational updates.

This annual retreat serves as a platform to honor and thank the employees for their hard work and dedication. The retreat featured the Employee Awards ceremony, designed to recognize and celebrate outstanding achievements and invaluable contributions made by Best Point employees. The award categories include the Heidt Center of Excellence Awards, Best Point Behavioral Health Awards, CoStar Promise Awards, Best Point Education Awards, Bobby Horton Award and the distinguished Presidential Awards.

Throughout the retreat, employees heard from a number of esteemed speakers who shared their insights and expertise with the Best Point team. They also presented awards as part of their presentations. The speakers included:

  • LaNora Godfrey, President and CEO of the Hamilton County Mental Health Recovery Services
    Board who also presented the Best Point Behavioral Health Awards.
  • Kara Wente, Director, Ohio Department of Children and Youth who also presented the CoStar
    Promise Awards
  • Tommie Lewis, Jr., President & CEO Make It Plain Consulting who also presented the Presidential
    Awards and Bobby Horton Award

The annual retreat is the only time during the year when all 600 employees of Best Point Education & Behavioral Health come together. It serves as a reminder of the organization’s mission to make a positive impact on the community and the importance of working together towards this goal. Best Point Education & Behavioral Health is grateful to all its partners who joined the retreat and shared their knowledge and expertise with the team.
