Best Point Education & Behavioral Health Announces the Appointment of Two New Members to its Board of Trustees

Cincinnati, Ohio – Best Point Education & Behavioral Health is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to its board of trustees. Melvyn Heard and Tad DeBord bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the organization, and their appointments will greatly strengthen the board’s ability to fulfill its responsibilities.

Melvyn HeardMelvyn Heard is currently the General Manager, Business Aviation Engine Products at GE Aerospace with over 28 years of extensive experience in the aviation industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Tuskegee University, a master’s in science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Cincinnati, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Xavier University. Melvyn’s passion for education and his in-depth understanding of business aviation will greatly contribute to the organization’s growth and development.

Tad DeBordTad DeBord, a Cincinnati native, brings over 20 years of experience in investment banking to the board. He is a graduate of DePauw University and currently serves as the Senior Vice President – Wealth Management, Senior Institutional Consultant at UBS Financial Services. Troy’s expertise in f inancial management and his strong ties to the community will be invaluable assets to the organization.

They also oversee the organization’s compliance with laws and regulations and ensure that the organization is acting in the best interest of the public.
