COVID-19 INFORMATION

Stronger than ever.

We’ve had to adjust. But we’ve served Children and Families since 1864. That won’t change.

A message from John Banchy, President & CEO of Best Point Education & Behavioral Health

COVID-19 has brought many challenges with it and changed the day-to-day lives within our community. Best Point Education & Behavioral Health took immediate steps to get in front of the pandemic and made decisions that allow us to continue to serve.

We are mindful that we care for the most vulnerable populations in Greater Cincinnati. How we ensure we mitigate the risk to their health as much as possible is first on our mind. This is why the majority of our providers pivoted quickly to providing services remotely, in accordance with the tele-health/tele-doc guidance recently issued by the state.

We know the need for specialized care for children and families does not simply go away during times of crisis. In many ways, that’s when help is needed most. Best Point Education & Behavioral Health is still serving and is accepting new clients who need our help including:

  • Behavioral Health Counseling
  • Psychiatric Services
  • Early Childhood Support programs
  • Education Intervention programs
  • Parental support programs
  • Childcare for Healthcare Workers, First Responders and other Essential Personnel
  • Psychiatry and Medical management services
  • Healthcare services through our Levine Family Health Center (only urgent cases will be conducted face-to-face and by appointment only)

Details regarding our 30+ programs can be found at the “Our Services” tab on our homepage.

If you need our help, or if you are a provider who needs to refer a patient to us, our main phone line is 513-272-2800 or email referrals@tchcincy.org.

It’s natural to be concerned about navigating uncertain times. When this is coupled with mental and physical health issues, the problems can worsen. Please know our community is truly in this together and Best Point Education & Behavioral Health remains committed to serving. We have served Greater Cincinnati since 1864 and will continue. We will get through this and when we do, I know we’ll be stronger than ever before.

Make a Gift

Our mission of transforming the lives of children and their families cannot be fulfilled without the generous support of individuals like you.
