Ready 2 Work
Ready 2 Work is a 10-week paid summer internship program.
Who can apply:
- Young adults 18-25 with autism related disorders.
- Have received their high school diploma
- Have completed the application and interview process
What will participants receive?
- On the job training and support from a job coach
- Compensation for their time at US Bank
- Employability and work place behavior classes
- Comprehensive skills assessment
- Updated resume and cover letter
