These practice sessions provide students with the opportunity to experience real-life interview scenarios, helping them build confidence and improve their communication skills. By participating in mock interviews, students can receive valuable feedback on their performance, learn how to articulate their strengths and experiences effectively, and understand what employers are looking for. This preparation is essential for reducing anxiety and increasing the chances of success in actual job interviews.
