Best Point Education & Behavioral Health held its annual All Staff Summit on Friday, January 16, 2026, at the Hard Rock Casino, bringing together employees from across the organization for a meaningful day of connection, recognition, and reflection.
The annual summit serves as an opportunity to celebrate the dedication and impact of Best Point’s staff while reinforcing the organization’s shared mission and goals for the year ahead. The day included organizational updates, interactive activities, and the presentation of employee awards recognizing excellence across Best Point’s programs and services.
The program began with opening remarks from John Bultema, III, Chair of the Board of Trustees, and John Banchy, President & CEO of Best Point, followed by remarks from Kate Schroder, President & CEO of Interact for Health. Throughout the morning, employees were recognized during the presentation of the Behavioral Health Awards and Heidt Center of Excellence Awards, along with a Mission Moment video highlighting the impact of Best Point’s work.

The afternoon program continued with the presentation of the Butler Behavioral Health Awards, CoStars Awards, Education Awards, and Presidential Awards, recognizing outstanding contributions and service across the organization. The summit concluded with closing remarks from John Banchy, reaffirming Best Point’s commitment to collaboration, innovation, and serving children, families, and the broader community.
