Best Point Announces Key Leadership Promotions

Best Point Education & Behavioral Health is thrilled to announce the promotion of two outstanding team members who have shown exceptional dedication and leadership within our organization. Effective immediately, Carrie Hampton has been appointed as our new Chief Administrative Officer, and Tina Heintzman will step into the role of Manager of Advancement. Both will report directly to John Banchy, President and CEO.

Carrie Hampton – Chief Administrative Officer
In her new role as Chief Administrative Officer, Carrie Hampton will oversee Human Resources, Quality, Intake, Training, and Operations. Carrie has been an integral part of Best Point Education & Behavioral Health for over 24 years, significantly influencing our operations and quality standards. Carrie’s leadership is characterized by her commitment to continuous improvement and service quality enhancement. Her dedication to excellence and integrity has made her an indispensable leader at Best Point.

Most recently, Carrie served as Chief Quality Officer, where she managed Quality, Intake, Safety, and Training. Prior to that, she was the Managing Director of Business Operations, handling IT, facilities, quality, admissions, contracting, and risk management. As the Administrative Director of Clinical Operations, Carrie successfully managed program operations, budgets, admissions, and staff training, ensuring our programs met the highest quality standards.

Tina Heintzman – Manager of Advancement
Tina HeintzmanTina Heintzman, who has been with the organization for nearly seven years, has been promoted to Manager of Advancement. Tina’s journey with us began in the advancement department, and she has since held positions such as Assistant to the VP of Advancement, Senior Executive Assistant, and most recently, Executive Coordinator & Events Manager. Additionally, Tina has efficiently managed our databases and donor recognition software. Her passion for volunteerism and fundraising, coupled with her extensive experience, makes her an ideal fit for her new role.

During her tenure, Tina has made significant contributions to Best Point, including collaborating closely with the board of trustees, assisting with our largest fundraiser, Rockin’ Riverfest, organizing staff retreats and Ten and Over events, and initiating the volunteer engagement program. This program includes the Resource Center and HUGS (Help Us Give Smiles).
