The organization ranked #11 under the large company size grouping.
The Top Workplaces and Spring Culture Excellence awards recognizes local employers in Greater Cincinnati that have gone above and beyond to create an outstanding workplace culture, prioritizing a people-centered culture, and giving employees a voice. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution, and connection, to name a few.
