Greater Cincinnati’s generosity will not only brighten the children’s holidays but will also remind them they are supported by a caring community. Together, we can spread kindness and make this season truly magical for those who need it most.
How to Get Involved with HUGS Campaign
- Sponsor a Child or Multiple Children: Help fulfill the holiday wishes of children in our community by sponsoring their gift lists. Each child receives 2-3 wish list items along with essential clothing like socks, underwear, and sweatpants. Sponsorships range from $75-$100 per child. Sign up to sponsor a child by December 2, 2024.
- Make a Monetary or Gift Card Donation: Your financial contributions can make a big difference. Donations can be made via check, cash, or online (https://bestpoint.org/give/), and gift cards are especially appreciated as they allow families to choose the items they need most.
- Purchase Items for Our Resource Center: Shop from our curated wish list (https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/1BQMG48RTJTS8/ref=hz_ls_biz_ex?) to support both the HUGS gift drive and our year-round Shipley Resource Center, which provides vital supplies to families in need. Items donated help children communicate with mental health professionals
and receive the care they need. - Volunteer to Pack and Deliver Gifts: Join us in spreading holiday cheer by volunteering your time. Help sort, pack, and tag gift bags or assist with delivering them to ensure every family receives their holiday surprises. Volunteers are needed on multiple dates throughout December.
