CINCINNATI, OHIO – (April 28, 2025) – Best Point Education & Behavioral Health is proud to announce the promotion of Tina Heintzman to Vice President of Advancement and Community Engagement, alongside Adam Belcher as Vice President of Training & Development. These appointments reflect the commitment and exceptional performance of both individuals within our organization.
Tina Heintzman has been an invaluable member of our team for nearly eight years, beginning her journey in our advancement department. Throughout her tenure, Tina has demonstrated remarkable dedication and passion for volunteer engagement, particularly in her collaboration with the Board of Trustees and other community leaders. Her hard work and commitment have been evident as she progressed through various leadership roles, showcasing exceptional talent and the ability to inspire those around her.


We are equally excited to announce Adam Belcher as Vice President of Training & Development. A dedicated team member for over nine years, Adam has acquired an impressive array of certifications, including CPI, Situational Leadership and Conversations, First Aid/CPR, Early Childhood Flip-it Training, and the Teaching Family Model. Adam’s new role on the Strategic Leadership Team within the Human Resources Department, will be instrumental in enhancing resources and support for all our team members.
