Best Point Education & Behavioral Health’s New Community and Family Services Department

Best Point Education & Behavioral Health is thrilled to announce the development of our new Community and Family Services Department. This comprehensive department aims to provide robust support and resources to our families and individuals within our community. The department will encompass the following key programs:

  • Care Coordination
  • OH Rise
  • Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT)
  • Caregiver Support Services
  • Family Visitation

To lead this exciting new endeavor, we are pleased to announce the promotion of Kalyn Klontz to the position of Director of Community and Family Services effective 7/1. Kalyn brings a wealth of experience and dedication to this new position, having devoted nine years to our agency in community-based work. Her leadership, expertise, and passion for serving clients in their natural environments will be invaluable to our agency.

Paige BowlinAdditionally, we are excited to announce the promotion of Paige Bowlin to the Manager of Caregiver Support Services effective 7/1. Paige has been a cornerstone to our agency for the past 22 years, dedicating 9 of those years to the development of our Counseling for Caregivers Program, which will move under our new Caregiver Support Services program. Caregiver Support Services will also be responsible for expanding adult services within the agency and focusing on continuing staff wellness initiatives, like our staff processing groups. Paige’s extensive experience with our agency coupled with her commitment to supporting caregivers of all kinds makes her the perfect fit for this vital role.
