CINCINNATI, OHIO – (May 24, 2024) – Best Point Education & Behavioral Health, a Cincinnati organization that impacts the lives of over 18,000 individuals annually, was selected as a winner for the 2024 Top Workplaces Cincinnati awarded by The Cincinnati Enquirer. The organization ranked #14 under the large company size grouping. Best Point Education & Behavioral Health was proud to be honored during the May 22nd reception, held at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza.
The Top Workplaces award recognizes local employers in Greater Cincinnati that have gone above and beyond to create an outstanding workplace culture, prioritizing a people-centered culture, and giving employees a voice. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution, and connection, to name a few.
