Best Point Behavioral Health will be ending its on-call services for clients effective 7/1/2024. This decision comes as part of our on-going commitment to optimizing our service delivery and ensuring clients have access to the most comprehensive resources available. The decision to discontinue on-call services was not made lightly. Over the years, we have recognized that county-level resources are better equipped to handle urgent and emergency situations with the depth of services and immediate availability required. By directing clients to these resources, we believe we can better serve our community’s needs.
